Selling our place posed a challenge to us. Tom came to the rescue. First we needed to do some upgrading in the kitchen but we had no idea on who to contact and what all should be done. Tom put us in contact with a very reliable contractor who handled all the details. In the meantime Tom put our place on the market and we had a steady stream of potential buyers coming through. Within a couple weeks a buyer made a commitment and therefore the closing started. We were not taking the furniture so Tom worked with the buyer on what they wanted to keep and he disposed of what they did not want. The closing came quickly and went smoothly. We couldn't be more happy with the service Tom provided us!

About Tom Nixon
My family moved to the San Francisco Bay Area when I was in the Third Grade. I spent the majority of my school years in Pleasanton through High School. For college, I went to Fresno State University and then Law School. I moved back to the Bay Area in 1998 and have been here since. I love our climate, location, opportunity and diversity. In 1998, I started my career as an Attorney in San Jose. I worked in Insurance Defense, Construction Defect and Contract Litigation. The Practice of Law taught me superior Communication and Negotiation Skills. I started my Real Estate career in 2004. As a Bay Area Native, and a seasoned Real Estate Professional, I recognize and value the Trust my Clients place in me. I strive to provide the best Customer Service possible and exceed expectations in every transaction.
My business comes primarily from Past Client, Past Client Referrals, and Referrals from my Sphere of Influence. I also work with many attorneys, being an attorney myself. I speak their language and know how they think. I am a Trusted Resource for Probate, Family Law, and Estate Planning Attorneys. I also work regularly with Estate Administrators in the sale of Probate Properties.
My business is built on Communication, Dedication, and Transparency. I love working with Sellers to obtain the best possible Price and Terms in the sale of property. I also love working with Buyers to find the right property for their needs, budget and goals. I also enjoying working with investors looking to build a Real Estate investment portfolio.
